Here shows how many times Mr. stealth willingly ignored YoungToaster, when on most cases Devin said he wanted to game or was in a party and randomly left to play with others with no notice.

Stealth has been notified as seen below, and yet he still adds further evidence to the case by not responding confirming he understands

Failed to show up to pre trial, almost 2 hours waiting for him to say he's going to sleep because he's too lazy to turn his lap top on

Stealth has been banned on request and disrespecting the court as well as wasting the courts time and is being dealt with accordingly.

CozyStealth has chosen to move forward with the appeal and will be present for the hearing.

CozyStealth asked for a plea and to move forward with the case after completely blowing off the mandatory pre hearing, and making a joke of the court and the courts time, he was notified the day prior to bring his laptop to camp where he was going and he said he was gonna being it to be present there. 2 bours prior to the hearing when asked if he's ready, this is his response below.

The Trial is being moved to direct judge examination and decision (this could mean a 2 day/week/month/year or permanent ban plus the 2 months added on from the last no-show, but the decision is the judges alone

It should be noted that instead of preparing for his case and actually planning on showing up he decides to play Fortnite.
